I'll bet (if this happened in the States) OSHA had a field day with this company. There is no way he was following safety guidelines, or he wouldn't have been directly under his load. He probably removed the middle strap last, as opposed to one of the end straps as he should have.

Chances are good he won the lottery, married his high school sweet heart who is also a beauty queen and just found out he's going to be a grandfather to twins. Good days almost always end bad.
