Valmir Silva de Barros, 40, who recently served seven years and three months in prison in the district of Governador Valadares, Minas Gerais, was arrested on Monday of last Oct. 24 for the crime of murder, after killing a man with cruelty in a rural area at Km 849 of the BR-101 in the municipality of Alcobaça.
He crushed the head of the companion with blows in the head with a stick; he has also introduced a stick wrapped in underwear in the anus of the victim. After the crime he grabbed the bike of the victim and fled the scene, but he was arrested right after: he stated that he was drinking in company of the man, then he practiced anal sex and when the victim asked for some oral sex he reacted violently to the point of killing him, crushing his head with a stick (still unclear whether it was the same stick previously introduced in the anus of the victim or another one).
No details about the Flip Flops of the victim have been disclosed so far.
