Man Killed For Some Reason That I Don't Know [Brazil, 16 November 2011]
According to the witnesses, the 48 years old man was shot by two unknown persons for some unknown reason. Also according to the information, the killers at some point decided to flee the scene. Though wounded, the victim tried to flee, but finally he fell dead on a sidewalk.  The experts reported that he was hit by two shots in the right shoulder and right forearm. A police officer reported that he had served five years in prison for murder. When the body was found, the victim was still wearing both his RED Flip Flops, model "On the Turning Away ™"; BUT While all witnesses, forensic experts and cops were focused on the upper part of the body, his LEFT Flip Flop jumped forward, then took off with a very good acceleration and fled the scene, as can be clearly seen from the last photo.         |

Victim was not shot and murdered. It is clear that he slipped and fell in the shower. He was wearing flip flops because his flatmate has a fungal infection of the feet and he didn't want to catch it  |

I can't stop laughing at the flip flop/acceleration part of the story. I would love to know if it was apprehended & what prompted it to flee.  |
