In the early hours of Monday, November 23, 2020, at around 2:00 am, rescuers from the Siate of Foz do Iguaçu were called to move to Rua Henrique Alberto Pepin, in Bairro Jardim São Paulo, to assist a victim FAF (gunshot wound).

At the scene, the death of the victim identified as MAG, 33 years old, who had several perforations of firearms in his head and belly was found.

The site was isolated by military police from the 14th BPM, until the arrival of the Civil Police (Homicide Police), Scientific Police (Criminalistics) and the Legal Medical Institute.

According to the victim's mother, two people reportedly arrived on the spot on a motorcycle, fired the shots, fleeing shortly thereafter taking an ignored course.

The criminal expert would have seized cases triggered to revolve 38 caliber.
