Man Killed In Freak Accident
A 56yo crane operator died in a freak accident late in February, Thailand. The raised crane made contact with overhead electricity cables and the current caused the driver to receive a fatal electric shock and the truck caught fire. Locals tried to help but there was nothing they could do. It took the fire services 20mins to control the fire. I've seen and heard of much worse outcomes involving power lines. I operated aerial lift trucks for years. Of course, you really need to be aware of power lines, but also any other obstacles. |
