I really think you have those photos confused. Where's the blood and guts, if the dude landed atop the car? If he did THAT MUCH damage to the car when he hit it, he would've left something behind! Looks like a regular ol' accident to me.

im thinking this is a car accident. there is no sign of a body impacting a car. and if the car was traveling down the road there would be a MESS. and unless the guy weighed 800lbs im thinking the car wouldnt look like this
