Man Jumps To His Death From Overpass For More Than One Reason
20 Y.o., former inmate, was arrested for having beaten his sister aged 14. He was a repeat offender and a drug addict. Police now believe that he won't repeat anything anymore, and that he's done with drugs. He jumped from 32,80 feet (and never came back).
