Just going on a hunch now: this looks like it could have happened in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. I've been up and down FL's Gulf Coast, and this scenery in these pics is a dead ringer for any coastal town south of Tampa, maybe around Sarasota or Ft Myers.
So true. I live in Florida-I think your right. I love this crazy state.
