It is said that this guy was high on PCP and took pieces of broken mirror and started to cut off pieces of his face... as he was taking his skin off he was feeding the pieces to his 2 dogs.. It says that he survived and his dogs were taken to a shelter where thier stomachs were pumped and the mans lips.. nose & face were recovered,lol... dumb ass
