Man Had Throat Cut by 18 Year Old Boy.
A young man was arrested on the morning of Wednesday the 19th of Nov. The accused had killed with refinement of cruelty, the person identified as Carlos, 49, in the street Guapore in Frei Hyginus neighborhood. The accused 18 year old resident of the street Samuel Santos - No. 7770 - Hyginus Frei neighborhood, was hiding at the end of the street by the victim’s house. Police seized a large knife used to slay the man. The young man looks older than 18 years old to me, but that's what the report says.  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  · |

Are those defensive wounds on the back of the right hand? Looks like a pretty darn gruesome cut. I wonder what the motivation was. |
