Man Found in the Sand With Both Hands Severed, Praia do Futuro, Fortaleza 2014
A man's body was discovered partly covered by sand at Praia do Futuro, in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil, on the morning of Saturday, August 23, 2014. He had a large wound to the head, and both of his hands had been severed. The hands were not recovered at the scene. The body was transported to the Instituto Médico Legal. Bystanders said the man had been employed at a churrascaria nearby. Another man arrived at the beach and said he was the victim's father. Several tattoos were found on the body, including one that read Eulene, which police said could be relevant to the case. Police opened an investigation and said they had no information about who committed the killing or the motive.  ·  ·  ·  · |
