Man Found Rotting Under Concrete Floor
Not sure if this is posted before ......An owner who had rented a house in a new development area complained of a smell coming out of the house , the owner was to determine what was causing the stinkage and realized it was coming from under the concrete floor, he removed the floor which revealed that the authorities called narcofosa aka serious narco. A body of an unidentified man in his 40's was discovered buried under the concrete floor in an advanced state of decomposition. The body had hands and feet tied with a rope, showed signs of torture and was covered with cement. There was also a gunshot wound on the upper body of the body. The victim has not been identified yet. Body was taken for autopsy and forensic examination more.
