Man Found Naked, Bound and Shot Dead in Mexico, August 2018
August 2nd, 2018 Guadalupe, San Miguel de Allende, Mexico Last Thursday night around 10pm, residents heard gunshots in the area. Authorities disovered a man naked, handcuffed, knees fastened and had brown industrial tape wrapped around his head. He was only identified as Jose Antonio, 24.
