Well at least there is no big hurry in getting him off it... also WTF was he wearing around his head?. I'm not surprised he fell off the damn scaffolding wearing that getup. I didn't see anyone else wearing something similar, so I'm guessing it wasn't due to wind or cold or something?... Just saying. Also 'jaws of life' are awesome

OK reply to my OWN question lol. I just asked my grandfather who worked construction his entire life. He said that the wrap around his head exposing his eyes was probably because he was working on something that would throw little particles and chunks up and would get in his face and stuff like sawdust or metal shavings you know. So I'm guessing he was using some goggles and took them off and was going somewhere when he fell off. Anyway just saying.
