He would have drowned as a result of possible seizure. Poor guy
But would his fist still have been clenched. I thought that only happened in instantaneous deaths. I don't know what he died from, but I still doubt he drowned. I could be wrong though. Just going off other deaths I've seen like this, when the muscles stay in the position they were at time of death.

Or if he'd had a fatal seizure or some other type of painful violent death. I still think if the seizure was over and he drowned his hands would have unclenched.
