Man Found Butchered In Ciudad Altamirano [Mexico, 6 October 2011]
The dismembered body of a man about 18 years old, was found in Ciudad Altamirano, Guerrero, part of the Tierra Caliente region close to a narco-message accusing Public Safety Secretary Ramon Borja Almonte to protect a drug cartel (obviously NOT the one which did this job), and waving for his dismissal "or otherwise" it warns, "the dead will be their families."
