Man Found In Advanced Decomposition And Missing Left Hand
A corpse of a man in advanced decomposition with the left hand removed (can see the radius and ulna poking out) was found in rural Brazil. He was identified by the task force as a petty thief who had been missing for nine days (pictured) however his father didn't recognize the body or the clothing. Apart from the severed left hand - common punishment for theft in parts of Africa, Saudi Arabia, etc - he had no other obvious injuries.   |

It reminds me of the movie “Bound”, where Christopher Meloni (of Law & Order fame) plays a mobster with a penchant for violence and torture. He tortures this older fella who is in massive debt to the mob (or something like that) by bashing his head into the toilet. The mob boss finishes this guy off by slowly severing his fingers one by one, and then finally shooting him dead. |
