On the night of Friday Nov 28, 2014, a disabled man was inside his house when executioners decided to take his life. The victim, Cicero, 31, was an ex -convict. Neighbors said they heard 6 shots but didn’t see who did the shooting. Inside the victim's home, the police found five bags of marijuana, two phones and an amount of R $ 20.00 (twenty dollars) on the bed. The house served as possibly drug sales point. The victim's father said he had already given plenty of advice to his son about this lifestyle being wrong, and expected this. He wants this to serve as a warning to other people.
