 This sad tale started the night before. Andre Garcia, the man dead, was at a party when he got into a fight with his live-in fucktoy and stormed out of the house uttering threats to his fucktoy related to his knowing she was sucking off the neighbour which was also his best friend. Apparently his former best friend took his threats to heart and decided to kill before he was himself killed. The reason he got life plus 50 years was because he took his sweet time breaking into the house and bypassing the alarm system which showed the judge his intent was severe and prejudicial. Life lesson: If you're going to kill someone, make it spur of the moment. The planned ones will give you life or the chair every time.
