I think this is fake, for starters there is no blood, pretty sure ripping into somebody will see some blood spilled, not to mention all his gastric juices leaking out.

And you posted the photos and said "this happened last week in Brazil" How were photos like this released or leaked so soon?

Some much of the crap on this sight is fake.
