I don't think a farmer in a 3rd world country sees a giant constrictor through the same prism as we do here. It was trying to devour his livestock and means of survival. He can't just load the snek into a tote and drive it 20miles away to 'relocate it', if he carried it a mile away into the jungle and turned-it loose it'd be back in a day or so for another baby goat. edit: Snek looks pretty small, was probably eating rats, unless this guy wanted rats around he probably shouldn't have killed Mr(or Ms) snek. |

It does look pretty small, my guess would be juvenile retic (or an adult dwarf/super dwarf if he's on an island). Even a 15+ foot mainland adult would be harmless to a human (a bite wouldn't be fun, but they're not venomous). Snek was useful. Poor snek. Probably wasn't even bothering him. |
