well, that person was in a tub. And if I recall what you're talking about correctly, there was a heating unit in that tub, so he slow cooked for several days.
If it was another one and it's a girl you're talking about, well she was still in the water.

this one was a 85 year old woman with no ac that died in a non air conditioned unit who was found several days later.. eight stories in the air with no nearby neighbours, as the units beside her were empty.. five doors down they noticed a horrific smell in the hall seeping into thier place. the water was black with a thick mouldy film full of dead flies and maggots floating and sitting on the top
