Man Commits Suicide with a Revolver
59 year old male was found dead in his home, blood everywhere and gun by his side. He shot himself in the mouth, bullet shot right through his head and was found embedded in the ceiling. He was suffering from Parkinson's disease.  ·  ·  · |

I think that type of revolver hold these small shotgun shells in them. I remember seeing them in a gun catalog in a barber shop.
