On Tuesday 28th April in Brazil, a 28yo man was killed. According to information the victim was on his motorcycle when he stopped to talk to another young man. As he approached the man pulled out a gun and started shooting. The victim threw his bike down and ran but was chased and shot several times and died in front of a residence. The offender then fled. He was a moneylender with enemies.
