Both the victim 31, and the suspect, 52, were alcoholic and used to drink together like camels.
Some argument must have ensued, so the suspect grabbed a sickle and attacked the victim, also chopping off his penis.
Before fleeing the scene, the suspect took the time to wash the sickle and to put it back where he had found it (he's a very good-mannered, intelligent-looking man, see last photo).
The police caught him minutes after, red-handed and with his clothes covered in blood.
