Depends...there are a lot of variables, like the range and consistency of temperature. If she was held at a low enough temperature her remains could last indefinitely, like the remains found from the Franklin expedition. Those bodies were several hundred years old and still had all their soft tissue! I doubt an electric freezer would last that long, though.
