A 41 year old male was found beheaded in a Indian village called Caarapó. His home had also been torched. The victims body had been thrown into a well 50 metres away from his home.
A 24 year old and 32 year old were arrested on suspicion of the crime. As of yet the motive remains unclear but the suspects appeared to be intoxicated.
Machetes, knives and sickles were seized by the police to identify which were used to kill the victim.
