Man Beaten to Death with Concrete Block in Mexico
On 16th of October 2018 in Chilpancingo, a man identified as D.C.T, 35, was beaten to death with a block of concrete. He was known locally and discovered in a market by merchants.           *Thanks to Dahlia_Neda for the extra pics  |
