At 11.20pm, on 4th March 2018, a drunken man killed his wife, leaving his 1 + a half month old baby to end up in an orphanage. MAN? Noun Sophal aged 31 WOMAN? Chuot Saing aged 32 It seems that he beat her to death. He had been abusive to her before.        |
