The cuts are to keep the skin from splitting from swelling. Its easier to fix a cut then to try and fix a jagged split. Does that make any sense at all. |

I have heard of this procedure ,but never seen it ! Skin pulls tight when its burnt, thats why he is cut ! Cut by a doctor, in the hospital ! Good post ! Very interestin !  !
