The broker was murdered in his bed, after the house was invaded by two men. He was killed with two shots and a machete that nearly decapitated the neck.

The police do not know the perpetrator of the crime, but works on the assumption that the crime was revenge. This is the 5th homicide of the year occurred in conjunction Valentina de Figueiredo.
