Man, About 50, Found Drowned in Pernambuco, Brazil
The victim likely drowned and his body was found around 14h, this Sunday (09:03). Reportedly, he was about 50 years old and the father of two minor children, he resides in Lumpy.
A military police vehicle of Lumpy went to the place and the body will be sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine - IML Caruaru.

How can someone just drown in calm waters like that. I assume he knew how to swim according to his attire. Autopsy needed assp.
