PHILIPPINES - A famous volleyball coach suffered a stroke, and was rushed to the University of Perpetual Help Medical Center in Las Piñas on January 7, 2025, where he died of cardiac arrest on January 30, five days shy of his 67th birthday.

PHILIPPINES - On November 19, 2025, a freelance model's ex-boyfriend was found hanging in a staircase balcony in Quezon City. He was rushed to Quezon City General Hospital, where he was declared dead. He recorded a video of himself with his deceased ex-girlfriend in morgue, who died three days earlier (November 16, 2025). That could be one of his last videos before he took his own life.

PHILIPPINES - Former Senator and Chief Presidential Legal Counsel JPE died on November 13, 2025 at the age of 101. He was laid to rest on November 22, 2025 at Libingan ng mga Bayani (Heroes' Cemetery). Trivia: Burials at Libingan ng mga Bayani usually consist of Philippine military personnel regardless of rank who served during World War II, Philippine presidents, national heroes, patriots, National Artists and National Scientists; as well as Medal of Valor awardees, Vice Presidents of the Philippines, secretaries of National Defense, Chiefs of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Generals/Flag Officers, Justices of the Supreme Court or Court of Appeals, Senators, former AFP members who laterally entered/joined the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), among a few others. PHILIPPINES - In August 2025, C.A. was said to have died from "bangungot" (Sudden unexplained nocturnal death syndrome), but the forensic team found marks on his neck, indicating that he was asphyxiated.

PHILIPPINES - On December 19, 2025, a Philippine Army captain named "Soberman" was among those killed by New People's Army in Barangay Cabungan, Balatan, Camarines Sur. He was a graduate of the Philippine Military Academy Masidlawin Class of 2020.
