Male Teen is Tortured and Executed Whilst Wearing Red Nail Varnish
On the evening of Monday (16) the victim, , 13 years had left the house where he lived with his family in the morning. Information from the second mother , he had no involvement with drug trafficking, at the execution site resident reported that he 'worked' as 'small plane' of traffickers - recruited person to deliver drugs at the request of the head of the 'crack house' . Beside the body was a note that read, found: "That's the dog law. Rapist must die. Have to represent Samuka is us.
