A lot of the things in Iran have English-language. Much of Iran's tourism and remittance money comes from Iranians living in the US, UK and Canada. They use English both for the diaspora and for tourists from Europe. It makes sense to have something in the latin alphabet, since Farsi is officially spoken only in Iran and Afghanistan.
