That top photograph is of an Iraqi suicide bomber who was approaching a U. S. checkpoint. The soldiers ordered the man to stop, when he continued to proceed forward. Finally, a sniper wound up putting one between the fellow's eyes, before he had had a chance to detonate his explosives.

That third pic from the last is fake. Pathologists ALWAYS cut the ribcage open during a thoracic examination.

Not a sermon, just the facts.=)
