The Loser in a Police Shootout
The best I can gather about this is that this guy was running from the police (Brazil?), while firing back at them. He was eventually shot and killed in the bathroom of a local school.

They planted the gun or moved it. It's in an unnatural position. There's blood all over his palm, he wasn't holding it. There's no blood on it.
