Shocked!... Not that he is injured, I have seen it all. Not that he is skinny, poor blacks always starving in some third world hell hole.
And not even that he is living (surviving) in a refuse dump, All over the world people do that.
But with all the aid over there, and here is a guy this bad off, at deaths door and enduring all that, and no one to help him. Dammit.
