I have seen this before. If I remember right it was in Haiti a couple years back after some uprising or some shit. The person who took the picture was a human right activist or Red Cross worker and was taking pictures to document the atrocities of mass rape, beatings, and murders. They saw this guy and figured he was dead and started taking pics when he got up and walked around, scared the shit out of them.
