Did people really think she was slumped over in that way because she had fallen asleep? If so, it's terrible that no one even thought to check on her considering her advanced age.

This is the way of dying that most people fear as most prefer to die in a horrible car accident or fire than die alone without any human interference and caring. This happens to a lot of elderly that remain to live alone at home and have no family (left) and/or refuse to move to a retirement home.

On 30th August 2018 in San Juan Bautista Jayacatlán, 85 year old J.S.C. passed away.

'J' did not have any contact with her family so lead a lonely life. Despite her age, she was still a hard worker. She passed away, all alone, in a chair at work. No one had even realised she had died until the next day.

I wonder what her job was that she sat outside.
