Re: Locomotive Engineer, Just Had My 7th Suicide!
A co-worker decided to become a EMT and after a long time in school part time he finally made it. His first call was for 2 Deputy Sheriffs that were chasing a suspect across some railroad tracks and were t-boned by a freight train that was running about 80mph. The 2 deputy's were dragged for almost 2 miles before the train stopped. Bill had to walk down the tracks with a plastic bag picking up pieces of deputy sheriff. That was Bills first and last day as a EMT. This accident happened in the late 70's or early 80's in Waldo Ar. |
