A local businessman Anton Zubatin (pictured) was killed in Nikolaev at the entrance of his own house in the elevator tonight.

It is reported by "Crime. Is NOT PRESENT" with reference to sources in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Nikolaev area.

Earlier it was reported that in Nikolaev, a man was shot right in his entrance.

“A local businessman was returning to his home at about four in the morning. When he entered the entrance, which is located in the Zavodskoy district of the city of Nikolaev, and took the elevator to the third floor, they opened fire on him from automatic weapons. The attackers left almost no chance for the victim to survive, - said the source.

According to him, the shooting was carried out either from a Borz submachine gun or from an Uzi submachine gun.

It is noteworthy that the courtyard of the house in which the murder took place is fenced and guarded, and intercoms are installed on the entrance doors of all entrances.

38-year-old Anton Zubatin - a graduate of the Nikolaev Pedagogical University, graduated with honors from the philological faculty. In the late 90s - early 2000s, he was associated with Vladimir Lapyuk, known in certain circles as "Lapa" and who died during a shootout in Nikolaev in 2001. Recently, Zubatin has been in close contact with Sergei Lubents, the attempted murder of which, committed in August 2012, still remains unsolved.

The investigative department of the Factory RO of the NSU UMVD of Ukraine in the Nikolaev region has begun criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine ("Intentional Murder"), the sanction of which provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a period of seven to fifteen years.

We will remind, in February 2013, unknown persons in Nikolaev fired at the house of businessman Yuri Naumenkov. The culprit was never found. Just as they did not find those who, in November 2012, in the courtyard of the house where businessman Sergei Prudkiy (owner of the Rang gas station chain) lives, installed a “stretch” with an RGD-5 grenade.

Businessman Dneprodzerzhinsk killed in Nikolaev

In Nikolaev, at the entrance of his house, businessman Anton Zubatin was killed last night.

The killer was waiting for the victim in the elevator. When Anton Zubatin entered the elevator, he was shot from a submachine gun. The businessman died on the spot from his injuries.

The businessman's body was discovered by his pregnant wife.

A criminal case has been initiated into the murder.

that entrance needed some colour but this is a bit over the top red.
