Little Girl Murdered With A Nail File
A seven year old girl was left with a female domestic helper. The girl started crying and screaming so the domestic helper started kicking her and stabbing her with a nail file. The deadly lesion was a stab wound in left axilla, penetrating the left cavity and another penetrating the lower right abdomen.
