Liquid Courage
The body of a man was found hanging in the small bathroom of his boat. The rope ligature that was around the neck had been draped over the top of the bathroom door, which was then closed to keep the ligature in place. The man knelt to tighten the noose around his neck as his body became partially suspended. The witness who found the scene opened the door and the decedent’s body dropped. Bottles of beer on the sink may have been used to bolster his courage. A handwritten farewell note to his wife on a counter in the kitchen was signed with a diagram of a stick-man with an unhappy face waving goodbye. Multiple crumpled notes were discarded in the trash in the kitchen. He had battled financial difficulties in the past few years. click pic to view larger image |

Re: Liquid Courage
If all it took was half a bottle of beer to get him to that point he had other problems. I haven't had any beer since the beginning of summer '08 and just started up again this past month (even with pain meds...) and that 1 bottle I drink every so often WITH pain meds doesn't get me all fucked up.
