yeah they that big from gas build up...they were just a short time away from exploding which wouldve been pretty cool to see in picture form but seeing a blown apart body in really real life is an assault on the senses...i like how the faucet is still dripping..they had to have been there for quite some time...love the skin peeling from itself....nice post

I've picked up a couple of decomps (I'm an intern at an ME's office); and as mentioned, they probably aren't THAT big. When you die, the water starts to separate from your muscles causing bloating, bet you if you even tried to move one of them, they pop just like a balloon.
