Is she dead or alive? I'm guessing dead but just wanted to make sure because I wanted to compare the photograph to something similar in which the person was alive.....  |

Pretty sure that she is dead since there is no blood on the ground by mangled legs. Probably died instantly from injuries other than her legs.
