he means they literally hard wire the arteries around the injury so that blood flow continues to the lower limb by using medical catheters

glad i could explain what he meant lol and yes it would be better to write it in plain english, medical jargon is a pain in the ass to work out if you have no idea what they are on about in the first place

I concur. We should hve new rules or sugestions about the quality of English on the forum. No medical jargon unless it's seen in the pic etc.

I'm not a doctor either, but I like seeing more precise descriptions just like what was posted. It's much easier to put something into simple English from medical terms than it is to have to guess at what is really in a picture because of a very generic description.
