This guy's name was Jose Paez and he lived in Chile. He got into an argument with another man, and witnesses say the other man's friends grabbed the victim, tied him up (note the thin rope) and proceeded to beat the shit out of his body which ultimately led to internal bleeding. His spleen ruptured and he died before a doctor could operate. It is a lesson in human nature. Take heed.
