The Last Lights and Trim
~25yo woman was sitting outside in line for her turn at the hair salon when an unidentified gunman approached, shot her once in the face, and then departed.

Victim has not been identified but was pronounced dead at the scene.

I found the b&w picture in color but unfortunately most of her body had been pixelated. I was able to create this image by combining the 2 images.
