Lamborghini Crash Killed a Racer and a Model Near Chomutov, 2006
On August 12, 2006, a yellow Lamborghini Murcielago travelling at very high speed left I/13 between Chomutov and Most in the Czech Republic. It crossed a ditch, entered a birch wood, hit a tree, overturned and caught fire. Both people inside were killed at the scene: Jiri Skula, 47, a construction-company owner and amateur racing driver, and Renata Vaculcikova, 23, a model employed as a team hostess. They had departed the Most racing circuit minutes before the crash. Czech press reported the car was travelling at around 250 km/h. |

Re: Lamborghini Crash Killed a Racer and a Model Near Chomutov, 2006
Summer 2006 A crash with a Murcielago happened between the towns of Chomutov and Most on a straight but somewhat bumpy road. Still it is quite strange that a 47-year old experienced racing driver loses control on a straight road and knowing about the road conditions in Czech Republic. Also strange is the fact that the accident happened by just veering off the right side of the road. He and his girlfriend died on the spot. |

Looks like a fuckin meter hit the ground and that's about what happened. Once he hit the burm it was gone. Professional drivers die from the same physics that kill other people but usually at higher speeds sometimes much higher. None of these production cars no matter what you buy are made to protect drivers and passengers at high speeds like you see in a race car. wolfie |
